Our goal is to provide every guest with an exceptional golf experience in a fun, friendly, and family-oriented environment. Please review the following policies before your visit.
Tee Times
Bear Creek Golf Club utilizes dynamic pricing, meaning rates may increase as tee times become more in demand. Book early to receive the best available rates. Click the link to book your tee time today!

- Weekend and holiday tee times for public guests must be booked online.
- 9-Hole tee times are not available for online booking and are offered on a walk-in basis only, subject to availability. Monday – Friday: $35 + tax Saturday – Sunday & Holidays: $40 + tax
Cancellation Policy
- Tee times MUST be canceled or modified at least 24 hours before the scheduled tee time.
Reservations canceled outside of the required notice period or players that fail to arrive (no-shows) will be charged the applicable remaining fees to whomever booked the original reservation.
Golf Cart Policy
Experience your round like never before with our brand-new Club Car gas golf carts, now equipped with state-of-the-art GPS technology.
- Drivers must be 16 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Golf carts are to be operated responsibly at all times.
Guests and Members are financially responsible for damage caused by negligent or improper use.
- Please obey all cart path signs, directional markers and zone alerts on your cart’s GPS screen.
- Only two occupants per golf cart and both occupants must pay a cart fee or a fully paid guest fee on the weekends.
Pace of Play
We encourage all groups to maintain a pace of play of 4 hours and 30 minutes or less.
- Keep pace with the group ahead of you.
- Play ready golf whenever possible.
- Limit ball searches for three minutes or less.
- Course Marshall will request groups to improve pace when necessary.
Personal Coolers
Please note, that personal coolers containing alcohol and glass products are prohibited at all times. Guests who bring a personal cooler containing alcohol or glass products on the premises will be asked to leave those items in their vehicle during their round. Complimentary coolers are attached to each golf cart for your use for non-alcoholic drinks brought from home or beverages purchased from the bar inside the clubhouse. The bar is open during golf course business hours. We also offer a beverage cart service on select days or for certain events.
*By Georgia state law, guests are prohibited from bringing their alcoholic beverages on the premises.*
Dress Code
- Collard shirts are encouraged for men.
- Appropriate golf attire is required for all players.
- Denim, offensive clothing, and tank tops for men are not permitted.
- Soft-spike golf shoes are recommended.
Weather Policy
Safety is our highest priority.
- Play may be suspended due to lightning or other dangerous weather conditions.
- Rain checks may be issued at management’s discretion.
Personal Property
Bear Creek Golf Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Please secure all valuables while on the property.
Respect for the Course
Help us keep Bear Creek Golf Course in excellent condition:
- Repair ball marks on greens.
- Fill all divots using the sand provided on your golf cart.
- Rake bunkers after use.
- Dispose of trash properly.
- Follow all course signage and zone alerts via the GPS screen in your cart.
