By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the operation of a golf cart at Bear Creek Golf Club.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS *

I certify that I am at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. I understand that only licensed drivers may operate golf carts. I understand Bear Creek Golf Club reserves the right to deny cart privileges to anyone deemed unsafe or irresponsible.

OPERATING RULES *

I agree to: Operate the golf cart in a safe and responsible manner at all times. Follow all posted golf cart signs, GPS/Visage restrictions, and staff instructions. Keep all body parts inside the vehicle while in motion. Not overload the golf cart beyond the manufacturer’s passenger limit. Avoid reckless driving, horseplay, racing, drifting, or excessive speed. Keep golf carts away from restricted, wet, or hazardous areas. Return the cart in the same condition it was received.

LIABILITY SIGNATURE

DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY *

I understand that: I am financially responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, reckless operation, vandalism, or violation of golf cart rules. Damage may include but is not limited to: Broken windshields Body or roof damage GPS/Visage screen damage Tire or wheel damage Battery or charging damage Damage to property, persons, or the golf course

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY *

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with operating or riding in a golf cart, including bodily injury, property damage, accidents, terrain conditions, weather, or actions of other guests. I hereby release and hold harmless Bear Creek Golf Club, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or expenses arising from use of the golf cart, except where prohibited by Georgia law.

GPS / VISAGE SYSTEM ACKNOWLEDGEMENT *

I understand the golf cart may contain GPS tracking and geofencing technology. Tampering with, disabling, or attempting to bypass any installed system may result in: Immediate removal from the property Suspension of golf/cart privileges Financial liability for damages Additional legal action if applicable
